How often should I floss my teeth?

What causes bad breath?

Tooth decay and gum disease can be an indication of bad breath. Your dental hygienist will investigate the reason for bad breath, treat the cause and help to prevent it from occurring again.

Is an electric toothbrush better than a manual?

An electric toothbrush is more likely to clean your teeth more effectively because they do more strokes per minute than a manual toothbrush. However, you can still get an effective clean with a manual toothbrush and it’s more important that you use a toothbrush that you’re more comfortable with. As long as you brush your teeth twice a day and for a minimum of two minutes at each brush.
